Job Description

The OHIO Online CRM Operations Manager
is responsible for supporting the OHIO Online CRM operations serving student services
and success for enrolled online students. Ohio University strategically uses Slate to support these functions, and this position is
responsible for maintaining the functionality and reporting within the CRM to optimize usage for the unit. This
position will collaborate closely within OHIO Online with functional leaders and the Student & Programs
Communication Manager. The position will also collaborate closely with Enrollment Management and Student Success Technology, which provides
central oversight for the enterprise-wide implementation of Technolutions Slate as well as the Office of Information Technology. The
incumbent is responsible for identifying opportunities to leverage current and new technologies for greatest effectiveness in student
success operations.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with Slate Application Administrators,
    OHIO Online, and the Student Success technology staff to develop required functionality and identify opportunities
    for efficiencies across all of OHIO’s instances of Slate. Support the newly implemented Slate- Current Student instance by monitoring system
    integrity and quality control, managing or supporting the execution of campaigns, forms, and managing secure roles, permissions and
    dashboards. Collaborate with functional leaders to identify means of increasing efficiencies by using queries, workflows, and other tools.
    Collaborate with functional leaders to identify and implement priority opportunities to streamline processes including routine but currently
    manual communications.
  • In support of and in collaboration with Student & Program Communications Manager and functional leaders,
    build queries and execute communications to enrolled students to support timely messaging including registration information, student
    success alerts, and other personalized messaging based on student attributes or actions which support student success and
    retention.
  • In support of and collaboration with functional leaders, develop views and reporting within the CRM that inform real-time adjustments to impact outcomes, such as on marketing, enrollment, or student services campaign
    performance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of related work
    experience

Rate:
The target salary range is $44,592 to $59,085 commensurate with the selected candidate’s education and experience while
considering internal equity.
