Job Summary
The Greenwood Center for Online Excellence at the Spears School of Business is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide support for our online courses. This position assists faculty, students, staff and external constituents by troubleshooting learning management system related inquiries. It supports the online exam administration process by validating exam proctors and distributing exams to proctors and online proctoring platform. The position is responsible for processing the paperwork necessary to pay online teaching faculty, graduate teaching assistants and hourly student workers. It ensures that biweekly timesheets for student workers are accurate and submitted by the deadline.

Position Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
High School/GED and one year of clerical/customer service experience. Post-secondary education may be substituted for years of required experience.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to provide a professional and service quality attitude when interacting with faculty, staff, students, and external constituents.
- Ability to problem solve and take initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines..
- Technical proficiency and working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (emphasis in Excel).
- High-accuracy data entry and data verification skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s degree and 3 years experience in an educational/institutional setting. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of experience.
