The Director of Graduate Programs under general direction of the Assistant Dean of Graduate Programs, maintains responsibility for the
management and direction of School of Law Graduate Programs. The Director will facilitate the development, approval and implementation of
new academic programs and modifications to existing ones.

Opportunities to Contribute:

  • Projection of
    long-term enrollment trends
  • Oversee the budget for the MLS, LLM and Certificate programs
  • Evaluate existing processes to
    identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing efficiency
  • Actively seek funding opportunities
  • Manage applications
    to graduate programs for adjunct faculty, lecturers and course managers
  • Ensure programs comply with University, State and Federal
    regulations

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ten years of related work
    experience involving organizational data analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Holds a JD, Legal
    Masters, MBA or equivalent
  • Experience coordinating legal masters, MBA, or Executive education programs

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to ensure
    understanding
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with project management
  • Data analytics
