Indian Army SSC Technical October 2025 Batch Selection Process
1)The Cut-Off is decided on basis of available applications. Indian Army has the right to shortlist applications and fix a cutoff percentage based on the number of applications and vacancies.
2)The cutoff will be applied to the cumulative percentage of marks obtained up to the final semester/year.
3)Final semester/year candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in SSB, provided their cumulative percentage up to the specified semester/year is not below the cutoff.After final results are declared, candidates’ cumulative percentage must meet the cutoff; otherwise, their candidature will be canceled.
4)After shortlisting, candidates will be notified via email about the centre allotment. The SSB interview duration is five days.
5)Candidates need to log in and select SSB dates based on availability; if dates aren’t selected, they will be allocated by the Selection Centres.Call-up letters for SSB interviews will be sent via email and SMS only.
6)Candidates who Clear Interview will move furhter; those failing Stage 1 will be returned on the same day.
7)Medical examination will follow for candidates passed .
8) Qualifying at the SSB interview does not guarantee final selection. A merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained by candidates at the SSB interview, categorized by engineering stream/subject.
9)Candidates recommended by the SSB and declared medically fit will be issued a Joining Letter based on merit, subject to available vacancies.
10)After This, You will go to training.

Indian Army SSC Technical Exam Centre
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed at one of the Selection Centres in Allahabad, Bhopal, Bengaluru, or Jalandhar Cantt. The allotment of Selection Centres is at the discretion of Directorate General of Recruiting, and no request for changes will be entertained.
Documents Required at Exam Centre for Indian Army SSC Technical Exam
1)One copy of the application form duly signed and affixed with a self-attested photograph.
2)Matriculation/Secondary School Examination Certificate for proof of date of birth, candidate’s name, and parent’s name.
3) class mark sheet and certificate or an equivalent certificate/Diploma mark sheet and certificate (for diploma holders).
4)Engineering Degree/Provisional Degree from a recognized university (Provisional degree should not be older than six months).
5)Marksheets of all semesters/years. Candidates with backlogs at the time of application are not eligible.
6)Certificate regarding conversion of CGPA/Grades into marks from the university.
7)Cumulative percentage certificate from the Controller of Examination/Registrar for final-year candidates.
8)Certificate from the Head of the Institution stating that the result will be declared by 01 OCT 2025, confirming no backlogs.
9)Declaration for final-year candidates to submit proof of passing and mark sheets by 01 OCT 2025.
10)Civil verification documents.
Note – All certificates in original to be carried by the candidates for SSB interview for verification. Originals will be returned after verification at the Service Selection Board itself.
