Description

This position promotes lifelong engagement, student sense of belonging, and critical
student development through the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, within the Student Involvement department. This office works with
four governing councils which include twenty-two nationally affiliated fraternities and sororities, one local sorority, and two colonies.
This position will manage the Standards of Excellence and coordinate with campus constituents to support enrollment and retention
initiatives and engage with alumni.

  • Oversee and allocate resources and staff in support of the Office of Fraternity &
    Sorority Life, including vision, strategic plan, and assessment of programs as well as maintaining membership data
  • Lead the
    Fraternity & Sorority Life Team along with conduct in conjunction with the Dean of Students Office
  • Administer the Greek Member
    Manager platform
  • Advise assigned leadership councils and maintain relationships with member chapters and
    leaders
  • Develop, implement, and assess community education and standards, including the Greek Standards of Excellence and
    Community Support Assistants programs
  • Communicate with and maintain engagement with alumni representatives through routine
    newsletters
  • Represent the Student Involvement Center in campus committees and act as liaison to admissions programs and
    events
  • Coordinate volunteer and civic engagement programs such as MLK Day of Service, Gonzo Giveback, and Greek Service
    Day
  • Duties in service to the division of student affairs and as assigned

Minimum
Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of
experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred
Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interaction skills
  • Prior University experience
  • Experience with Fraternity & Sorority Life

Anticipated Hiring Range

The anticipated hiring range
for this position has been established as $52,223-$54,000 annually.

Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not
limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
