Summer is the perfect time to take your workouts outside and get some Vitamin D, girlfriend!
You can take any of your MOVE app workouts outside, from your Sweat Sesh to the Daily 10 or try out these suggestions!
Best outdoor workouts to do in Summer:
1. Morning Yoga
Start your day off right with a relaxing yoga session in the park or in your backyard. Find a quiet spot, roll out your mat, and relax and listen to the sounds of nature.
2. Beach Walk
Beach walks are the perfect way to distract your mind from whatever is going on in your life right now. Take 10-30 minutes to go on a beach walk either alone (with some headphones in & your favorite playlist or podcast) or walk with a girlfriend and catch up on life!
3. HIIT Workout
Take your high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout to the beach for an extra challenge. The soft sand will make your muscles work harder, and the ocean breeze will keep you cool. HIIT workouts are great for burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness.
