Sister Wives Clip: Kody and Robyn Disagree OverCoyote Pass Sale

Kody Brown and wife Robyn Brown are a united front on most things, but the idea of selling their Coyote Pass property isn’t one of them.

“I love Coyote Pass. I always have,” Robyn, 46, says in Us Weekly’s exclusive sneak peek at the Sunday, January 26, episode of Sister Wives. “It’s hard to think of letting it go.”

Kody, 55, confesses, “Robyn and I haven’t really synced up” when it comes to their plans for the property. (Kody and Robyn share the Arizona plots of land with his ex-wives Janelle and Meri Brown.)

“We’re in different places and it’s an in and out,” Kody says of his and Robyn’s differing opinions. “It’s like sometimes I want to keep it, sometimes I want to sell it. And Robyn knows we need to sell it but sometimes wants to keep it.”

Robyn is aware that her husband is looking to sell the land, especially since it has been a point of contention with all his ex-wives.

Kody and second wife Christine Brown split in November 2021. When she left Kody, Christine, 52, gave her portion of Coyote Pass back to him and Robyn. In return, she kept the money from the sale of her Arizona house.

Kody and Janelle, 55, parted ways in December 2022 and in January 2023, Meri, 53, announced her separation from the patriarch.

Sister Wives stars Kody and Robyn Brown are on the move. The couple, who have starred in the TLC series since 2010, have listed their five-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Flagstaff, Arizona for $1.65 million, according to a listing that went live on Thursday, August 29. Kody, 55, and Robyn, 45, purchased the home in 2019, […]

Throughout season 19 of Sister Wives, Meri and Janelle have butted heads with Kody over their rights to the land and their desire to sell and get the money to move on without him. (Kody previously confessed that he had considered “screwing” Janelle over with the land, but Robyn “won’t let me.”)

That turmoil has weighed heavy on Kody and Robyn, who tied the knot in 2014.

“Every time I’m at a Coyote Pass, I’m just like my heart aches,” Robyn says in Us’ sneak peek at this week’s episode. “I [just] see the vision that I’ve always imagined, you know, all of the space and the houses.”

Kody understands where his wife is coming from, revealing that Coyote Pass is “literally the last place our family ever got everybody together.”

The property has since become something that reminds the couple of what could have been. “It’s just been so difficult and so sad with the family,” Robyn adds. “I know everybody just wants out of the pain.”

Sister Wives airs on TLC Sundays at 10 p.m. ET.
